Crochet Snoopy

Ik haakte laatst op een avond een Snoopy. Hij leek wel echt :-) Het patroon komt hier vandaan. Ik haakte Snoopy met Phildar Phil Coton 3.

Crochet Hearts Pattern

Tijdens mijn laatste vakantie in Frankrijk vond ik een leuk haakpatroon op internet. Ik weet alleen niet meer waar... ik heb het uiteindelijk veranderd, want het hartje kreeg niet helemaal de vorm die ik wilde. Het patroon vond ik gelukkig vandaag nog terug in een schriftje. Je vindt het hieronder. Het leuke van deze hartjes is dat ze, als je aan een draad hebt geregen, heel leuk rond blijven draaien. Omdat het belangrijk is dat je aan de goede kant van het hartje haakt heb ik er een foto tutorial van gemaakt. Ik haakte deze hartjes met Drops Paris katoen, je kunt ook Paintbox Yarns Cotton Aran kiezen. Ik haakte met een haaknaald 4mm. Veel plezier!

During my latest holiday in France I found a really cute pattern of a heart on the internet. I just don't remember where... I've changed it a bit, because the heart didn't get the shape I wanted. Luckily I found the pattern in one of my notebooks today. You can find it below. What so cute about these hearts is that they keep spinning around the thread once you've attached them to it. Because it is important that you crochet at the right sides, I made a photo tutorial of it. I made these hearts with Drops Paris cotton. You can also use Paintbox Yarns Cotton Aran. I used a crochet hook size 4mm. Enjoy!

1. Haak 6 lossen.
2. Haak 5 vasten, haak 1 losse.
3. Haak 5 vasten, haak 1 losse.
4. Haak 5 vasten, haak 1 losse.
5. Haak 5 vasten, haak 1 losse.
6. Haak 5 vasten, haak 1 losse. Je bent nu bij foto 1.
7. Haak nu in het midden van de andere zijkant (zie foto 2): 1 half stokje, 1 stokje, 2 dubbele stokjes, 1 stokje, 1 half stokje.
8. Haak 1 halve vaste in de hoek. Omdat je in de vorige toer zoveel steken in 1 steek hebt gehaakt zit je nu al bijna naast die hoek. Je bent nu bij foto 3.
9. Herhaal nu rij 7.
10. Haak een halve vaste in de volgende hoek. Zie foto 4.
11. Hecht af.

1. Chain 6.
2. 5sc, chain 1.
3. 5sc, chain 1.
4. 5sc, chain 1.
5. 5sc, chain 1.
6. 5sc, chain 1. You're now at picture 1.
7. In the middels of the other side (see picture 2): 1 half double crochet, 1 double crochet, 2 trebble crochet, 1 double crochet, 1 half double crochet.
8. 1 slip stitch in the corner. Because you did so many stitches in the same stitch you automatically ended up pretty much beside that corner. You're now at picture 3.
9. Repeat row 7.
10. 1 slip stitch in the next corner. See picture 4.
11. Fasten off.

Paperclip Flower

Kleine projecten zijn altijd leuk, en vanmiddag heb ik er weer een bedacht waar ik helemaal blij van werd. Ik bestelde onlangs grote paperclips en het leek me grappig om er een gehaakte bloem op te plakken. Het resultaat zie je hierboven en hieronder vind je de tutorial. Veel plezier!

I always love small projects, and this afternoon I thought of one that really made me happy. I recently ordered large paperclips and it seemed fun to glue a flower on it. You can see the result above and below is a tutorial. Enjoy!

Patroon
Haak met Paintbox Yarns Cotton Aran of elke andere katoen geschikt voor haaknaald 4mm. Kleiner kan natuurlijk ook, maar dan wordt de bloem kleiner en past hij misschien minder mooi op de paperclip.

1. Haak 4 lossen, maak de eerste aan de laatste vast met een halve vaste.
2. Haak 8 vasten in de ring. Haak 1 halve vaste in de eerste vaste die je haakte. Wissel daarbij van kleur.
3. Haak 3 lossen, haak 2 dubbele stokjes in de onderliggende vaste. Haak 3 lossen, haak 1 halve vaste in de volgende vaste. Herhaal dat nog zeven keer totdat je acht bloemblaadjes hebt.
4. Hecht af.

Lijm de bloem nu op de paperclip. Gebruik een wasknijper om de bloem op de paperclip te drukken en laat zo de lijm drogen. Vond je dit een leuke tutorial? Dan vind je deze vast ook leuk.

Pattern
Crochet with Paintbox Yarn Cotton Aran or any other cotton that's suitable for crochet hook 4mm. Of course you can use smaller cotton, but then the flower will be smaller and it might not fit on the paperclip very well.

1. Chain 4, attach the first chain tot the last with a slip stitch.
2. Do 8 single crochet in the ring. Make 1 slip stitch in the first single crochet you made and change colour.
3. Chain 3, do 2 treble crochet in the single crochet that's below, chain 3, do 1 slip stitch in the next single crochet. Repeat 7 more times until you have 8 leaves.
4. Fasten off.

Now glue the flower onto the paperclip. Use a clothes pin to press the flower onto the paperclip and let the glue dry. Did you like this tutorial? Then you probably like this one as well.

It seemed fun to blog about a fun Winter Challenge on the hottest day of the week (at least in Holland) :-) The Winter Accessories Design Challenge is being organised by Uncommongoods, a website where you can buy very pretty products and where sustainability is part of every decision Uncommongoods makes. Please note that your design has to be made out of animal-friendly materials and that the design is safe. All submissions are being judged by a special jury. How to change your life

Ik heb wel eens gelezen dat de gemiddelde blogger na drie jaar ongeveer stopt met bloggen. Ik ben nu zo ongeveer drie jaar aan het bloggen en ik ben blij dat ik het gevoel heb nog lang niet uitgeblogd te zijn. Ik vind bloggen nog steeds ontzettend leuk, en niets zo leuk als op een zaterdagochtend met een lekker cappuccino door mijn lijstje met blogs te scrollen en mee te lezen met andere creatievelingen. Ik merkte de laatste tijd wel dat ik steeds minder tijd daarvoor had. Mijn tijd ging vooral op aan andere dingen. Zoals mijn Etsy-shop, en mijn facebook-pagina, en de Haakfactory, en het geven van workshops en alle voorbereidingen die daarbij horen. En dan is er ook nog gewoon mijn baan. En dan soms, soms ben ik gewoon heel erg moe. Zoals de laatste tijd. En dan ga je als vanzelf nadenken. En alles bij elkaar genomen kwam ik tot de conclusie dat het tijd is om een stapje terug te doen. Want alles wat ik nu allemaal doe is er zo langzaam in geslopen, dat ik me gewoon nooit - tot een paar dagen geleden - gerealiseerd heb dat het misschien wat veel is.... En dus heb ik besloten te stoppen met de Haakfactory. En misschien dat ik de komende tijd even - als het mooi weer is en zo - wat minder blog. Maar niet met de bedoeling te stoppen hoor! Gewoon om even te genieten van de zon en om weer wat rust te vinden voor leuke dingen. Zoals leuke blogs lezen. En haken! Want daar had ik de laatste tijd gewoon helemaal geen tijd meer voor. Dus ik kijk uit naar een fijne zomer waarin alles weer een beetje terug gaat naar waar het ooit mee begon: gewoon lekker haken en bloggen. :-)

Once I've read that the average blogger quits after three years of blogging. I'm blogging for almost three years now, and I'm glad I don't have the feeling I don't have anything to blog about no more. I still love to blog, and I love to scroll through the list of blogs that I follow on a Saturday morning with a good cappuccino in front of me. But lately I noticed I had very little time left to do these things. All my time went to my Etsy-shop, my facebook-page, de Haakfactory, doing workshops and all preparations that were needed for that. And then there's my job too. And sometimes, sometimes I'm just very tired. Like lately. And then you start to think. And after thinking everything over I decided that it's time to do a step back. Because all the things I do right now sneeked into my live so quietly, I never realised - until a few days ago - that it might be a bit too much... And so I've decided to stop with de Haakfactory, my Dutch webshop. And maybe for the next few weeks - when the sun is shining for example - I'll not blog as much as I used to. But not because I want to quit ofcourse! I'm just outside enjoying the sun and getting a bit more energy for all the fun things I love to do. Like reading fun blogs. And crocheting! Because lately I just didn't have the time to crochet anymore. So I'm looking forward to a very nice summer in which it will all go back to where I started from: just crochet and blogging. :-)

Ik had het al aangekondigd: ook vandaag weer een leuke giveaway van een heel erg mooi boek. Normaal gesproken doe ik geen boek recensies, maar ik dacht dat het leuk was om dat nu eens wel te doen. Dan weet je tenminste goed waar je kans op maakt :-) Dit keer is het het boek Bungelknuffels haken van auteur Monique Vos-Meulenbroek. Na het lezen van de inleiding - waarin te lezen is dat het nichtje van Monique heel lief model heeft gestaan voor dit boekje - heb ik het even doorgebladerd. Met name van de foto op de achterkant werd ik heel blij. Een hele rij leuke knuffels waarvan ik er zo drie zie die ik in elk geval zou willen haken. Dat belooft wat. De knuffels worden allemaal gehaakt met haaknaald 2.5 of kleiner, en de meest gebruike garens zijn Phildar Coton en Catania. Allebei hele fijne garens en bij veel wolwinkels verkrijgbaar. En dat is natuurlijk ook altijd fijn. De meeste lijfjes zijn hetzelfde, met uitzondering van het patroontje van de rups en de draak. Het was me eigenlijk niet eens opgevallen dat ze hetzelfde waren, totdat ik het las in het boekje. Maar het geeft niks, want alle patroontjes zijn uniek en de persoonlijke inleidende teksten van de auteur bij alle patroontjes zijn leuk om te lezen. Het formaat van het boekje is trouwens ook leuk. Iets anders dan de meeste andere formaten van Forte Uitgevers, en dat maakt dat dit boekje er makkelijk tussenuit springt. Al met al vind ik het boekje een aanrader. Het boek is hier verkrijgbaar.
Vind ik iets niet leuk aan het boekje? Mijn favoriete haaknaald is 4mm, dus als ik dan echt iets moet noemen is dat het, maar ik weet zeker dat er heel veel mensen zijn die het niet met me eens zijn dus dat komt helemaal goed :-)

I've announced it last week already: there's a new giveaway today of a very fun book. Usually I don't do book reviews, but I thought it would be nice to do it this time so you know what you can win :-) This time I'm giving away the book Bungelknuffels haken from the author Monique Vos-Meulenbroek. After reading the introduction - in which you read that the little niece of Monique has been modelling for this book - I looked through the book. Especially the picture on the back of the book made me happy. A line of cute amigurumi animals of which I want to make at least three. That's looking good. All amigurumis in this book are made with crochet hook 2.5mm or smaller, and the most used yarns are Phildar Coton and Catania. Both very nice yarns and available at most yarn stores and that's very handy ofcourse. Most bodies are the same, except the bodies of the dragon and the catterpillar. I didn't notice they were the same, until I read it in the book. But it's no problem at all, because all patterns are unique and the short introductions that are written with every pattern are fun to read. The size of the book is very nice by the way. The book size is different from most books from Forte Publishers, and that makes this book stand out. Looking at the entire book I think it's a fun book to have. It is available here.
Is there something I don't like about the book? My favourite crochet hook is 4mm, so if I have to mention something then this is it, but I'm sure a lot of people don't agree with me so this book awaits a great future if you ask me :-)

Flower pattern

Een tijdje geleden maakte ik deze krans en ik beloofde het patroontje van het bloemetje hier te plaatsen. Dat heeft even op zich laten wachten maar hieronder is het dan. Ergens volgende week zal ik het patroontje plaatsen van dezelfde bloem, maar dan in drie lagen. Kom dus volgende week nog even langs als je benieuwd bent naar dat patroontje. Het patroontje van de appel vind je hier. Ik haakte dit bloemetje met Drops Paris katoen, maar je kunt het ook heel goed met Paintbox Yarns Cotton Aran haken. Veel plezier!

Some time ago I made this wreath and I promised to post the pattern of the flower I made. It took some time before I was able to post it, but you'll find it below. Somewhere next week I'll post the pattern of the same flower, but then the version in three layers. Come over next week as well if you're curious to see what that pattern looks like. Patroon bloemetje
- Haak 6 lossen, maak de eerste losse aan de laatste vast met een halve vaste.
- Haak 3 losse, 2 stokjes in de ring, 3 losse, 1 halve vaste in de ring. Herhaal nog vier keer totdat je vijf blaadjes hebt. Hecht af.

Pattern flower
- Chain 6, attach the first to the last with a slip stitch.

- Chain 3, 2 double crochet in the ring, chain 3, 1 slip stitch in the ring. Repeat four more times until you have 5 leaves. Fasten off.

Blythe dolls

Ik heb nooit een pop gewild. Althans, ik kan het me niet herinneren. Ik had vroeger wel beren en andere pluchen beesten, maar poppen vond ik maar niks. Toch kreeg ik onlangs bijna de neiging om een pop te kopen. Nee, niet zomaar een pop, nee ik wilde een Blythe Doll (hier blogde ik er ook al over). Hij is me alleen te duur. En om eerlijk te zijn weet ik ook niet wat ik er mee moet. Maar ik vind ze wel echt geweldig mooi. Dit is mijn favoriet, maar je vind er nog meer in deze webwinkel. En voor Blythe Dolls kun je heel veel kleertjes haken. Dat is dan wel weer een reden om er een te kopen. Zoek maar eens op Google, dan vind je patroontjes zoals die op de foto hierboven. Klik hier om naar dat patroontje te gaan. Je komt dan sowieso op een hele leuke blog terecht, dus of je Blythe Dolls leuk vindt of niet, het is de moeite van een bezoekje waard!

I never wanted a doll. At least I can't remember. I used to have bears and other pluche animals, but I didn't like dolls. But just recently I almost bought a doll. No, not just a doll, I wanted a Blythe Doll (I blogged about it here as well). But the thing is, it's too expensive. And to be honoust I don't know what to do with it. This is my favourite, but there are more in this webshop. There are lots of clothes to crochet for Blythe Dolls. So that might be a reason to buy one. Just check google, and you'll find patterns like the one on the picture above. Click here to go to that pattern. Dit hele leuke appelmeisje vond ik op een blog die inmiddels niet meer beschikbaar is. Ook het patroontje wat ooit in een Etsy-winkel is helaas onvindbaar. Omdat het toch echt een van mijn favoriete amigurumis is wil ik hem toch heel graag op mijn blog laten staan. Heb je een idee waar dit patroontje te vinden is? Summer Scarf

Gisteren zag ik bij Knottenwol een hele mooie sjaal hangen. Het was een gebreid ontwerp van Leslie Eisinger. Leslie werkt bij Knottenwol, en heeft onder andere dit prachtige schilderij gemaakt van Koningin Beatrix.
Het breipakket voor deze sjaal vind je hier bij Knottenwol. Het wordt gebreid met een breinaald 20mm en die krijg je erbij als je het pakket besteld. In totaal zitten er vier bolletjes garen in het pakket: 2 bollen Phil Croisiere, 1 bol Phil Funky en 1 bol Pretty Phil. Het patroon zit uiteraard ook in het breipakket.
Ik ben niet zo heel erg goed in breien, dus ik haakte deze sjaal met het materiaal wat in het pakket zit. Ik gebruikte een 20mm haaknaald. Omdat ik een open en luchtige sjaal wilde maken leek het me leuk om het eens met filethaken te proberen. Sinds ik mijn boekje filethaken maakte had ik dat niet meer gedaan, terwijl het makkelijk en leuk is. Dat het makkelijk is blijkt wel uit het patroon van de sjaal.

1. Zet 60 lossen op, maak de eerste losse aan de laatste vast met een halve vaste.
2. Haak 2 lossen, haak 1 vaste in de tweede losse vanaf de naald. Blijf tot je rond bent het volgende herhalen: 2 lossen, sla een steek over, 1 vaste in de volgende losse.
3. Als je rond bent haak je opnieuw 2 lossen en vervolgens 1 vaste in het eerstvolgende 2 lossen-boogje. Blijf dit herhalen tot de sjaal breed genoeg is, of tot de wol uit het pakket op is.

Yesterday I saw a really lovely scarf at Knottenwol. It was a knitted design by Leslie Eisinger. Leslie works for Knottenwol, and made for instance this gorgeous knitted painting of our queen.
The knit kit for this scarf is available here at Knottenwol. For this scarf you have to use 20mm knitting needles, the needles are included when you order the knit kit. In total there are four balls of yarn in the kit: 2 balls of Phil Croisiere, 1 ball of Phil Funky and 1 ball of Pretty Phil. Ofcourse the pattern is in the knit kit as well.
I'm not very good at knitting, so I crocheted this scarf with the materials that are in the knit kit. I used a 20mm crochet hook. Because I wanted it to be an open scarf it seemed fun to do some filet crochet again. Ever since I made my book Filet Crochet I hadn't done it, even though it's easy and fun. You can see how easy it is when you look at the pattern of this scarf.

1. Chain 60. Do a slip stitch in the first chain.
2. *Chain 2, do 1 single crochet in the 2nd chain from hook. Until you've gone round, keep repeating the following: chain 2, skip 1 stitch, 1 single crochet in the next stitch.
3. Once you've gone round do 2 chain stitches again, do 1 single crochet in the next chain-2-bow of the previous row. Keep repeating until your scarf is big enough, or until you've ran out of yarn.

Op 12 mei is weer een geweldig leuk boek van Tirion Creatief uitgekomen: Mollie Makes Birds! Een geweldig leuk boek met allerlei leuke patroontjes van... je raadt het al: vogels. Er staan een heleboel verschillende freubelpatroontjes in, en natuurlijk ook hele leuke haakpatroontjes.

On the 12th of May another fun book of book publisher Tirion Creatief came out: Mollie Makes Birds! A really fun book with lots of fun patterns of.. you guessed it: birds! There are a lot of fun patterns in it, and ofcourse crochet patterns as well.

Together with Freubelweb Tirion Creatief and the superfun Mollie Makes-magazine organised a very cool competition. What do you have to do? Design your own bird, make a picture and a tutorial of it and email your bird with tutorial to Freubelweb. It can be anything (sewing, crochet, felt etc), as long as you designed it yourself. But: the easier your project is, the more chance you have to win so keep that in mind. So what's to win? A very cool set of books of your choice by Tirion Creatief with 10 different books, and ofcourse an honourable mention on Frebelweb. Last but not least: the winning bird will be published in Mollie Makes Magazine of this fall. And did you think this was all? No! By the end of August the boek Mollie Makes Haken will be published, and everyone who sends a bird tutorial to Freubelweb can win that book. There are 10 available so there will be 10 lucky birds.

First blanket finished!

Weet je nog de deken waar ik een tijdje geleden aan begon? Ik was toen met drie dekens tegelijk bezig, maar de kleinste is nu af. Ik gebruikte dit patroon van Attic24. Erg leuk en makkelijk, na de eerste paar rijen kon ik bijna met mijn ogen dicht verder. Ik gebruikte dit superzachte garen. Ik had al een paar andere projectjes ermee geprobeerd, maar omdat ik niet tevreden was met de kleurencombinatie die ik gekozen had haalde ik het telkens uit. Veel garens worden daar niet echt mooier van, maar bij dit garen viel het me op dat het juist wel heel erg mooi bleef. Het werd niet pluizig en het bleef lekker zacht en soepel. Een aanrader dus. Ik haakte trouwens met deze haaknaald. Oh ja, en de hommel die langs kwam toen ik foto's aan het maken was krijgt ook maar even een plaatsje hier vandaag :-)

Do you remember the blanket I started working on same time ago? I was working on three blankets at the same time and now I finished the smallest one. I used this pattern of Attic24. It's really fun and easy, after the first few rows I could keep crocheting almost with my eyes closed. I used this super soft yarn. I made a few other projects with this yarn, but because I wasn't happy with the colour combination I chose I started over a few times. A lot of yarn doesn't get prettier if you do that, but I was suprised to see that this yarn stayed very pretty. It didn't become fluffy and it was still very soft and flexible. So, I can really recommend this yarn. I used this crochet hook for it. Oh and the bumblebee that visited my flowers while I was making pictures gets a nice spot too today :-)

Create 'n Date

Afgelopen zondag was het zover: Create 'n Date. Georganiseerd door Maaike van de blog CreJJtion. Ikzelf, Claire van deze blog en Saskia van deze blog mochten er workshops geven. Wat waren we verbaasd dat de kaarten die beschikbaar waren voor dit leuke evenement binnen een paar dagen helemaal uitverkocht waren. Wat geweldig leuk dat zoveel mensen deze dag wilden bijwonen! Ik had er veel zin in en vertrok zondagochtend vroeg met een paar hele zware tassen in de auto richting Amsterdam.
Ik had Maaike, Claire en Saskia nog nooit ontmoet en was benieuwd naar alledrie. Eenmaal aangekomen was het even heel raar. Maaike en ik hebben al een aantal jaar af en toe contact en ik volg haar blog regelmatig. Dat iemand dan ineens voor je staat is zo ontzettend leuk en gek! Je kent elkaar, maar toch ook niet. De ontmoeting liep ontzettend leuk, en het klikte meteen met Maaike, Claire en Saskia.
Nadat we gauw alles hadden uitgepakt en klaargezet kwamen de eerste groepjes aanlopen en iedereen was even enthousiast. Over het elkaar ontmoeten, over de leuke dag die zou komen, over het mooie weer (wat hadden we een geluk met dit mooie weer!), over de locatie en de heerlijke koffie, taart en lunch. Over de workshops en hoe alles aangekleed was. En ook over ons, en dat vonden we eigenlijk heel gek. We kregen zelfs kadootjes (zie boven) van een aantal deelnemers. Echt zo lief! Saskia en ik zeiden op een gegeven moment tegen elkaar 'nou wat gek, wij zitten ook maar gewoon op de bank een beetje te haken', en dan is het toch echt heel raar dat mensen opeens je foto willen en vragen of je op straat herkend wordt :-) Als ik naar mijn eigen blog kijk en nadenk over de ruim 2900 volgers die ik heb dan ben ik daar trots op. Maar om dan eens volgers in het echt te ontmoeten, dat is ook echt heel fijn. Want dan kun je eens gezellig een praatje maken, iemand beter leren kennen en vragen wat iemand inspireert. En je kunt ideeen opdoen en nieuwe blogs ontdekken. En wat ook fijn is: ontdekken dat mensen je blog echt heel leuk vinden. Want ondanks al die volgers denk ik wel eens 'vinden ze het wel echt leuk?' en 'zou iemand me missen als ik er morgen mee stop?' Ik hoop jullie dus allemaal eens in het echt te ontmoeten om alle redenen die hiervoor staan. Dus... wie weet tot bij een volgende Create 'n Date!

So finally it was Sunday the 1st of June: Create 'n Date. Organised by Maaike of the blog CreJJtion. Me, Claire from this blog and Saskia from this blog were invited by Maaike to organise a few crochet workshops. We couldn't believe how fast (within a few days) all tickets for this event were sold out, we were so surprised! It was really cool that so many people didn't want to miss this day. I was really looking forward to it, and I left for Amsterdam on Sunday morning with a few very heavy bags in my car.
I had never met Maaike, Claire or Saskia and I was really curious to find out what type of girls they were. When I arrived it was pretty strange. Maaike and I have emailed eachother every now and then the last couple of years, and I follow her blog pretty often. To see somebody in real life is really strange and fun! You feel like you know eachother, but in a way you don't. The meetup was so much fun!
After we unpacked everything the first group of girls arrived and everyone was just as enthousiastic as we were. About meeting eachother, about the fun day that lay ahead of us, about the lovely weather (boy were we lucky that there was sunshine!), about the location and the lovely coffee, cake and lunch. About the workshops and the way everything was decorated. And also about us, and that was actually pretty strange. We even got gifts (see pictures) from some of the participants. So very sweet! 
At one point, Saskia and I said 'well, this is pretty weird, we're just a couple of girls doing some crochet on the couch just like everyone else', and when you think of that it's really strange that people ask if they can take a picture with you or ask you if people already recognize you on the street :-) When I look at my own blog and think about the 2900 followers I have I'm very proud. But to meet my followers in real life, that's really nice too. Because then you have the time to have a chat, to get to know eachother and to ask what inspires someone. And you can get ideas and discover new blogs. And what's also very nice: you can hear that people really like your blog. Because despite all my followers, every now and then I think 'do they really like it?' and 'would somebody miss me if I stop blogging tomorrow?' So I hope to meet you all one day for all the reasons above. So.... who knows! Maybe I'll see you at another Create 'n Date!

Workshop

Op woensdag 12 juni a.s. geef ik van 10 tot 12 een workshop haken aan de hand van mijn boekje Slingers Haken. De workshop kost 7,50 euro inclusief materiaal. Phildar added a few new yarns to their range, and one of them is Phildar Phil Douce. It's probably the softest yarn I ever felt and I can't wait to make something of it. I saw a cute teddybear made out of Phildar Phil Douce (click here, here or here for a pattern).
